There are busses that directly depart from the airport to the train mainstation Wien Meidling.
The ride lasts approximately half an hour (between 6:00 and 24:00 there is a bus every 30 min.) Bus ticket is 7€ (you can buy it in the bus).
Leave the bus at station "Wien Dörfelstraße" ( = Meidling Bahnhof), there are trains that depart regularly for Graz HBf.

Since autumn 2009 the train station "Wien Meidling" is the central station for arrival and departure to and from Vienna. There are trains that depart regularly for Graz HBf every hour (not at night, the last train is about 21:00 pm, check the schedule!).
